3. Organizational Accounts and Administrator Access
If your account is created under a business organization:

- Permissions are controlled at the organization level
- Administrators act as data controllers for staff-level access within their organization
If an HQ-level account is deactivated or deleted, associated staff access will also be restricted.
4. Confirmation Laboratory Integrations
Scan to Result integrates with third-party laboratory systems to support confirmation testing workflows.
When confirmation testing is requested:
- Specimen identifiers are generated
- Orders are submitted to partner laboratories
- Results may be updated after laboratory confirmation
Laboratory partners process confirmation testing independently under their own privacy policies.
5. Payment Processing
Confirmation testing may require payment through integrated third-party payment gateways.
Scan to Result does not store full payment card information. Payments are processed securely by authorized payment service providers and may be subject to laboratory processing policies.
6. Medical and Diagnostic Disclaimer
Scan to Result provides automated scan interpretation workflows.
Results generated within the application:

- Do not replace professional laboratory confirmation testing
- Should be interpreted according to applicable compliance procedures
Where confirmation testing is required, laboratory-confirmed results should be considered authoritative.
